Yes! Each charm is lovingly made by hand at our Loopsie Studio. We string beads, knot threads, and piece together every detail with lots of love — no machines here! 💫
2. Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Almost — but not 100%! Since each one is handmade, you may notice tiny variations in bead placements or color tones. That’s what makes your charm truly one-of-a-kind 🌈
3. How long does it take to ship handmade products?
We dispatch your order within 24–48 hours, and standard delivery usually takes 3–6 working days. You’ll get tracking details via email & SMS once shipped 🚚
4. Can I return or exchange handmade items?
We don’t accept returns on handmade pieces unless there’s a genuine defect. Please check measurements and details carefully before ordering! 💝
5. Can I request a custom charm?
